Thelma Costello is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist specializing in individual therapy, addiction therapy and relapse prevention, and maintains a private practice in Albany, New York.

With over [35] years experience as a Mental Health Specialist and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), and as a graduate of Capella University specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are mental health, depression, anxiety, PTSD, behavioral cognitive restructuring, relapse prevention, DWI evaluations, alcohol and drug education, women’s issues, grief/loss issues, nutritional education and supplements.
